Pure.Form Salon is committed to providing all our guests with exceptional service. When a guest cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another guest from being seen.
Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any adjustments to your appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given, you may be charged a fee for the late cancellation. Cancellation/no show fees are the sole responsibility of the guest, and must be paid in full before their future appointment.
We understand that special, unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 48 hours. In this instance, the fee may be waived but only with stylist approval. All of us at Pure.Form believe that good guest/stylist relationships are based upon understanding and good communication.
A booking fee of $100 is required for new guests that have appointments requiring 3+ hours.
Your booking fee will then be put towards your services. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your booking fee will be forfeited and a new fee of $200 will be required for your future booking.
We love when your bring your furry friends to your appointment! However, our guests are our priority, and we want everyone to enjoy their visit. We require that your dog is well behaved and remains either on leash or by your side. If your dog is vocal, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements and leave your pet at home.
